This purifying toner is all natural, alcohol free, and has proprietary herbal extract to cleans, calm and defy signs of aging.
I first applied this with a cotton ball and patted it all over my face and right off the bat I didn't get the same tingling burning sensation of alcohol like other toners seem to leave.
