Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Box Review

Here's another review to another Urban Decay palette!
This is the Deluxe Shadow Box palette. I know this is an old palette but they were having a sale of these on the UD site and I just had to buy another one since my old one was practically gone.

I took this photo after unboxing <3 That's why the palette looks untouched
My room is purple, my curtains are purple and the palette is purple and pink (Looks so pretty!)
Disclaimer: All pictures are mine.*I will review this product based off of 5 things. 1. Packaging 2. Price 3. Longevity (Durability, easily smudged etc.) 4. Colors (Vibrancy, opaque, color variety, easy to blend etc.) 5. Texture

1. Packaging

The packaging is really cute, girly but sort of cheap. Feels like fabric glued onto cardboard. It gives me like an early 2000 feel. But I love the inner design with the flowers, branches, leaves and birds! It doesn't seem very sturdy but nonetheless it's really cute.

2. Price

This palette is currently on sale for only $10!! Urban Decay Deluxe Shadow Box click on the link to go directly to their site.
This is a great palette for the price!
Fill Weight: Deluxe Eye Shadow 9 x 1.2 e 9 x .04 US oz

3. Longevity

The durability is good with primer or base primer or any sticky base for that matter. They don't tend to crease for the first hour or two. Colors like Shag, Zero, Scratch, Underground and Ransom tend to last the longest and the brighter colors like Fishnet, Honey, Graffiti and Peace fade or crease faster. They are all very easily blended into each other which I love!

4. Colors

Here are some swatches! I took pictures in different lighting so you can see how the colors change. All the swatches have NO primer/base underneath.

All the colors are vibrant even the more neutral colors. The bright vivid colors are very opaque and you can easily build them up to make them even more vibrant. The palette has a wide range of colors to neutrals like browns, black and a highlight/pinky flesh toned color (Scratch).

I couldn't seem to flip the picture!:c sorry!:(

5. Texture

The texture of all the colors except Zero are creamy. Zero is more matte so it's a little more "dusty" and takes more to build up the color and make it opaque. All the colors are smooth and soft to the touch and to the lid.

EXTRAS!!**

Along with the palette we got 2 sponge applicators and a travel size Eyeshadow Primer Potion which pretty much had no product inside whatsoever.

Overall I loved this product. The colors are fun, vibrant alongside some neutrals:)

Dr.Scholl's MASSAGING GEL INSOLES

I received a pair of Dr. Scholl's Massaging Gel Insoles complimentary from BzzAgent.
Off the bat these are GREAT for pretty much anyone.
I used these for Warped Tour, which if anyone knows you're walking around the entire day in killer heat and having people push you around, bump into you, accidentally step on you etc. These were cooling and allowed my feet to keep going until the end of the day.
PRO's: Fit any size 6-9. Easy to use. Soothes feet.
CON's: Are extremely hard to put inside a very closed shoe!

You receive a pair like the above photo. It's a huge gel insole that has numbers marked size 6-9.
I cut mine to 7 1/2. In the end I had to cut it to a 6! It was way too big.
Closer look at the markings.
I honestly wouldn't wear these everyday because it is sort of buldgy in your shoe. If you have tight fitting closed sneakers this would make the shoe extra tight on you and would be very hard to put it inside your shoe.
I liked them cause they were comfy on open shoes and helped relieve pressure from my feet!
Thanks BzzAgent for the opportunity to try these out!
