I got these at 1/2", I'm currently at 9/16". Thanks to the border of the plugs these still stay in place firmly and don't wiggle around! Which is great, cause if for any reason you decide to go up a size you don't have to say goodbye to your beautiful custom plugs!

They are also very comfortable and not heavy, considering they have things dangling from them!
