So as a broke nursing student I do little things to make extra money. When I have free time I like to take surveys online. One of the best sites that PAYS, yes PAYS, to take surveys is Opinion Outpost.

You can also trade your points for gift cards, or donations. But you can also get CASH. I have my account linked to my PayPal. If you don't want to pay for things through PayPal you can always transfer your PayPal money to your bank account.
It's not a "get rich easy" scheme but it puts $10 in your pocket that you didn't have before.

Dean's List VoxBox
I received all these products complimentary from Influenster for testing and review purposes.
If you haven't signed up for Influenster you should definitely consider it!

Just look at all of those goodies!!!!
This was definitely one of the best boxes from Influenster yet!
This box came with Airheads Bites, Pilot FriXion Clicker pen, SinfulColors in No Text Red, KISS Looks So Natural Lashes, Softlips Cube, Playtex Sport Fresh Balance tampons and Luden's Throat Drops in Blue Raspberry.
I loved absolutely everything in this box. There is nothing negative to be said. Absolutely nothing.
My fave. thing? KISS Looks So Natural Lashes
KISS Lashes are one of my fave drugstore brands. They have a variety of styles to choose from and are very affordable. As in the video, they are extremely easy to apply due to the band being so flexible and thin. They are also pretty weightless so I'd recommend this to first time fake lashes wearers.
Above is a video for Softlips cube in Vanilla bean. It is super hydrating and moisturizing. A great alternative to EOS lip balm!
The next wonderful product is by Ludens. These throat drops taste like jolly ranchers no joke. I don't know how but they could honestly pass for hard candies. They are delicious! They aren't as effective as other cough drops but they do ease the pain of minor sore throat pain like post concert screaming or having your fan on too long leaving you with a dry throat.
Pens. As a student I own too many pens to count. These pens are erasable. I mean the good erasable like if it never happened. Doesn't leave streaks or faint marks. It literally erases. What more can you ask for?!!!!
Which girl doesn't love red nail polish?
It's sexy and classy.
SinfulColors started a trend and put it into movement with No Text Red. You're suppose to paint your texting thumb red to remember not to Text and Drive. I think it's a great idea plus the color is beautiful!
Let's do girl talk. Tampons. Some love them some hate them. I'm neutral. Playtex is one of the few brands I trust with tampons. All of my sport crazed friends own like 10 backup packs of playtex in their lockers and bags. I'm not a sporty girl but I am a nursing student who needs to be on the move 24/7 during Clinicals. This allows free movement and thankfully I haven't had any unwanted "drainage". Plus it comes in a super cute package.
Last but not least, goodies. Airheads bites.
Super yummy airheads in bite size form. Who wouldn't love this? Idk.

Caliente Voxbox
I received all these goodies complimentary from Influenster.
Like all VoxBoxes, this one was a winner. I've just been lagging behind with posts due to Nursing School taking every inch of what was my "social life & free time".
The item I enjoyed the most of this box was the Kiss Gel Fantasy nails. I dedicated my previous blog post to this item. I really think anyone in the healthcare department would enjoy these. Again, as a nursing student I cannot have long nails. I love long nails so these are a quick weekend or one day nails! They are easy to apply look great, last long and are easy to remove. Can't get better than that.
Second item I enjoyed was the Dove Pure Care Dry Oil. I have gray/blonde hair at the moment. To achieve this color I bleached my hair like there was no tomorrow. My hair is the dryest it's been from so many years of bleaching and hair drying. I usually am not a fan of oils because it leaves my hair feeling greasy and heavy and just nasty. I have argan oils, jojoba oils and other brand oils but this one is my new fave. Hands down. It absorbs so well and leaves my hair silky but not greasy or heavy! It's odd, almost like it melted into my hair and leaves it sheer. It's quite strange, but I love it!
Third item I enjoyed and use every day is the Hawaiian Tropic Sheer sunblock. This sunblock smells divine! I absolutely love love it! I enjoy sunblock a lot! Those are just a few of the ones I own! I have 3 more in my car and 2 in my purse. I'm sunblock crazed! I even have sunblock specifically for my tattoos! When I first applied this sunblock it felt a little on the greasy side, but in reality it's just really moisturzing! It didn't leave any residue or tackyness on my skin. It has a more pleasant scent than regular sunblock; which I don't mind the smell of sunblock since I love it but this smells more feminine.
The fourth item in the VoxBox is this Paula's Choice Skin Perfecting liquid. I'm hesitant about this product. I'm not sure if it's doing a lot or doing absolutely nothing. I have been using this product since Nursing School resumed which is about 3 weeks. I haven't had a single breakout and it appears that my pores are less noticeable. Then again it could be my usual skincare routine. I did some reasearch on the BHA liquid. This is what I found. "BHA (beta hydroxy acid) increases collagen production and drastically smooths the surface of skin. Additionally, BHA has antibacterial properties that attack blemish-causing bacteria. The lightweight, non-occlusive formula allows for a faster and deeper exfoliation rate- so it's an ideal choice for stubborn clogged pores or blackheads." I think it's been helping me out, by now I should be a pizza face due to the stress but this has been helping. I apply this after my daily skincare routine.
Last item is the Rice Krispies treats, but there's not much to say besides YUM!

Kiss Gel Fantasy
nail design: FRESHEN UP - KGN05
As a nursing student, I'm super glad things like this exist. I'm not allowed to have long nails or fake nails as a nurse, which I don't mind but sometimes I miss having lovely long cute nails! Thanks to brands like Kiss, it's possible! I've always loved Kiss products, I don't think they've ever dissapointed me.
The kit comes with glue, sticky tabs, nail filer, a size chart and instructions. A toothpick as well but I'm not sure what that is for; maybe for pushing back your cuticle? Enlighten me.
The glue lasts longer and is harder to remove. But the sticky tabs are quick, non-messy and super easy to apply and remove! As a nursing student this is great. You can have cute nails for a night out but in the morning you won't have problem getting this suckers off in time for your clinicals!

BIC Soleil Glow Razors
I loved these so much I actually brought one on my trip to Finland. I love this because one quick swipe and bamb smooth skin. You don't have to be going over one section a lot unless you haven't shaved for a good while. I also love the packaging and the cute solid colors they come in. I don't think the moisturizing stick really does much but I've been shaving every day for the 2 weeks I've been in Finland and I haven't got razor bumps which is quite amazing! I usually am not a fan of razors for women since they usually are very bad compared to the razors for men but these are def. worth trying.

Viva Voxbox
I received these products complimentary from Influenster for reviewing and testing purposes.
I have been away for a while because I'm currently vacationing in Finland. Since I have some spare time I decided to blog about the oh so wonderful Viva Voxbox I received a couple of weeks back. I actually have some of the products I received with me. Such as the Cetaphil wipes, NYC lip product and Vaseline Spray and Go lotion.
I'm going to start off with the product I loved the most.
The NYC City Proof Twistable lip product.
I received the color South Ferry Berry.
It's an intense pinky red. Two swipes delivers a really opaque color and the "crayon" pencil form of it allows precise application. I loved it so much I decided to go to the store and buy a pink one called Riverside Rose.
I also really enjoyed the Pure Ice Nailpolishes I received.
I received a pink one "Afterparty" and a glitter one "It's complicated"
I'm not a pink nailpolish kind of gal but this nail varnish really does deliver a smooth clean application, I really liked the applicator brush. You do need to apply at least 2 swipes to receive good color payoff.
The glitter one is my fave. I used it without a base. It is easier to build up than most glitter nail polishes and it's also easier to remove.

Next item I really quite enjoyed was the Montagne Jeunesse mask. I received it in creamy coconut and wrote a separate blog post about it. I didn't see it do much for my skin but it did leave my skin really refreshed and moisturized and it had a very lovely scent to it. I feel like it's kind of overpriced for just 1 to 2 applications. Nonetheless a very nice product. Plus they are vegan and paraben-free.
I don't have a picture with me but the other item I enjoyed a lot and use everyday is the Vaseline Spray and Go lotion. I wish more lotions were like these. Not only is this such a good idea but the Vaseline Spray and Go lotions are so light your skin just completely absorbs it and leaves your skin super silky and moisturized without the sticky, tacky feeling most lotions leave. Absolutely no residue left! I seriously love this stuff!!!! I will deff. be buying more of it when I head back to the states!
The last two items I didn't enjoy too much were the Cetaphil wipes and the Shell Fuels Rewards card.
The Cetaphil cloths didn't remove almost any makeup. My mascara was still fully on and I don't even wear waterproof makeup. It barely removed any eyeshadow (even without an eyeshadow base) and it barely removed any liquid foundation. There's not much use for these wipes if it can't even remove liquid foundation off my face.
I activated my Shell card but it wasn't too convenient for me considering the only Shell gasoline place is downtown and I live on the opposite side.
Thanks to Influenster again for the opportunity to test out awesome products! Cheers from Finland!

Montagne Jeunesse Creamy Coconut
* I received this product complimentary from Influenster for testing and reviewing purposes.

Quick vid
This is my second Montagne Jeunesse mask, and I gotta say I love them! They're so creamy and leave your skin feeling soft and hydrated. I received the Montagne Jeunesse Creamy Coconut mask!
On their website I found this statement:
"We've harnessed the hydrating goodness of fresh Coconut Water and added lots of lovely ingredients to moisturise and hydrate, including super smoothing Shea Butter." On the packaging it also says to use weekly."
May I say that as soon as you open the package the smell of coconut is very noticeable, ugh you just want to eat it! It really is very moisturizing and hydrating. Some masks leave my skin feeling a bit dry and I need to moisturize afterwards, that's not the case with this mask.
Another great thing about this product is that they're vegetarian! How great is that!
I'm not sure if you're suppose to use all the product at once or you can apply a generous amount and make it last two applications. Nonetheless I was able to try it twice. I'm leaving to Finland soon and I seriously need to take a couple of these masks. Would be great for relaxation at the hotel.
