SUGARPILL REVIEW!!! Sweetheart Palette and more!

Hello! A couple of months ago I ordered a couple of Sugarpill products and a Lime Crime velvetine.
Here's the picture after unboxing.

With my ordered Sugarpill threw in a cute glitter sticker, a bussiness card and a sample of the loose eyeshado, Stella, which I already put it in a little empty pot I had.

Sooooo, let's go on with the review! Disclaimer: All pictures are mine*I will review these producs based off of 5 things. 1. Packaging 2. Price 3. Longevity (Durability, easily smudged etc.) 4. Colors (Vibrancy, opaque, color variety, easy to blend etc.) 5. Texture

Packaging

The packaging for all the products are extremely cute and unique. I keep everything in it's box because it's just too cute to throw away!!! Now the packaging for where the products are in is very sturdy and thick. The Sweetheart palette is pretty heavy and sturdy. If you carry a lot of makeup in your bag this would deff. add some weight to it. The packaging for the loose eye shadows are sturdy and also have their own design. The packaging for the pressed eyes shadows is sturdy and firm, I've dropped my Love+ eye shadow a couple of times and it has never cracked my eye shadow!:D

2. Price

The price is sort of steep BUT you get a good amount of product.
The Sweetheart palette is $34 and the net weight is 3.5 grams / .12 oz. × 4
Goldilux loose eye shadow is $12 and the net weight is 5 grams.
Love + pressed eye shadow is $12 and the net weight is
3.5 grams / .12 oz
In my opinion these products are deff. worth the price.

3. Longevity

The colors last extremely long and don't budge if you use a base, primer etc. I was scrubbing my arms trying to get the swatches off and it took a good amount of scrubbing! The colors are extremely pigmented so colors like Afterparty and Love+ sort of stained my skin. They are easily blended with other colors and you can build up the color to make it more bright and vivid or just apply less for a pop of color!

4. Colors

The Sweetheart palette
For the swatches I applied NYX's Milk as a base/primer, except for Tako, I applied Urban Decay's primer potion underneath as a base/primer :)

I love the colors! They are true to how they look on the palette! Extremely pigmented, matte, bright, vivid, opaque just wonderful! I understand these colors aren't for everyone but you can always apply it underneath your waterline for a pop of color!

Love+ Pressed eye shadow

I used NYX's Milk as a base/primer.

This is a true red. I've never had an eye shadow that turns out as opaque and red as I want it to be, this is a MUST HAVE.

Goldilux Loose eye shadow

NYX's Milk as a base.

I absolutely love this loose eyeshadow. It is extremely beautiful. My photo doesn't do it much justice but it is just so wonderfully pigmented. The glitter is so fine and gives any look just the right amount of sparkle. You can also build it to make it more opaque and pop out even more.

Stella loose eye shadow

NYX's Milk as a base

I love this loose eye shadow, sadly it's very hard to capture the true color it gives off:/
It has fine glitter of multiple colors like blue's and purple's. It is such a beautiful loose eyeshadow. I received it as a sample but I removed as much of it as possible and put it in a little empty pot I had:)
I will deff. purchase this! It's a great loose eyeshadow.

5. Texture

The texture of the eye shadows in the Sweetheart palette and Love+ are quite creamy even though they're pressed and matte. At first I thought they'd be chalky or dry but they are smooth and somewhat creamy.

The texture of the loose eye shadows, Goldilux and Stella, are soft and well like any other loose eye shadow which has a lot of fall out. They are "dusty" but not in a bad way. They are very soft to the touch and lids.

Hope this was helpful to anyone looking into purchasing Sugarpill cosmetics
XOXO
